Important: Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Please do not send any package back to us without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dailyyouth.life so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include photos where relevant — this helps us assess the situation and make it right for you.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item following the process above and place a new order once your return has been approved.
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, your item must still be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at info@dailyyouth.life to initiate the process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
